AFFINITY DIAGRAMS
The Cockpit Platform’s affinity grouping tool is an electronic rendition of Sticky Notes. Within Cockpit, teams can create note groupings and drag them around to perform comprehensive KJ analysis.

SURVEY TEMPLATES
Use Microsoft Word to complete all surveys for input into Cockpit. Customize as many templates as necessary to compile customer inputs from various perspectives. These templates are imported into Cockpit to store and manage the responses.

HOUSE OF QUALITY/QFD
The built-in House of Quality (HOQ)/QFD allow you to make decisions based on what your consumers want and need. First and second level (and any other) HOQ are available for allocation at all levels.

EXPORT FROM COCKPIT
